It's a Steller Jay. I had never heard of them until that trip. I started calling them "the elusive Steller Jays" because I couldn't seem to get a picture of one that wasn't blurry--even when they weren't moving. That picture is the least blurry one I had. Thanks for your comments--it's fun to see that little number change from zero. : )

Looks a little like a robotic bird from a kids television show. I almost expect it to talk.
